Nightboat Books

 

Located in New York City, Nightboat Books is a nonprofit literary publishing company, founded in 2003 by Jennifer Chapis and Kazim Ali.

2010 Nightboat releases include: Poetic Intention by Édouard Glissant, translated by Nathalie Stephens; Ghost Fargo by Paula Cisewski (winner of the Nightboat Poetry Prize judged by Franz Wright); A Tonalist by Laura Moriarty; Tiresias: The Collected Poems of Leland Hickman edited by Stephen Motika; Century of Clouds by Bruce Boone; In the Function of External Circumstances by Edwin Torres, and eco language reader edited by Brenda Iijima.

Poetry Editor Christina Davis accepts submission to the Nightboat Poetry Prize September 1 to November 15 annually.
